EAF Coaching
During the planning phase, EAF Coaches support districts in the strategic planning of an Individual Planning System that is aligned with the EAF. They lead the district in the initial diagnostic completion, benchmarking, and intervention planning. Additionally, these coaches share best practices and provide feedback to improve the EAF and related resources.

EAF Diagnostic
The EAF Diagnostic is a tool that brings together district teams consisting of school counselors, administrators, and other program representatives, with the aim of enhancing effective advising. The purpose of this tool is to evaluate the current state of implementation within the district and determine areas that need improvement in accordance with the EAF.
EAF Gap Analysis
The EAF Gap Analysis is a tool used in planning to map out the milestones and benchmarks related to career, academic, personal and social development, and financial literacy. It helps align the staff roles, allocate time, and determine the necessary training requirements for professional development planning. The tool also assesses the quality of resources for implementation and identifies gaps to pinpoint focus areas for continuous improvement.
